As a general rule, placing an order at Deportes Ucha implies acceptance of these general conditions of sale. The Client declares, under his responsibility, to have read and understood these General Conditions of Sale and to accept them. The product sheet describes the general characteristics of the product. The descriptions of the products displayed on the website are based on the information provided by the brands and/or suppliers of the products.

ARE THE PRODUCTS ORIGINAL?

All the products that you can buy on the web are 100% original, we are a physical store located in Spain that has been open since 1972.
AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to product availability. If there are difficulties in the supply of products or if there are no items in stock, we will refund any amount you may have paid.
PRICE AND TERM OF VALIDITY OF THE OFFER

All prices shown on the product sheet include 21% VAT. Prices are expressed in euros. The applicable price will be the one stated at the time the customer makes the purchase. The published prices are valid until the end of the validity of the offer. The offers, discounts and promotions that could be shown on the website to increase the sale of certain products are only valid while they appear on the website, unless otherwise specified on the website. Offers, discounts and promotions are duly marked and identified as such.

Shipping costs are NOT included in the price: These are exposed during the purchase process and will depend on the place of shipment and weight.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipments to Spain

Shipping costs are free as long as the amount exceeds €100 and the purchase is in the Peninsula.

We currently have these prices for Spain:

International deliveries:

We ship internationally to the European Union, we ship to the following countries, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Portugal, Lunxembourg, France and Austria.

Shipping costs €10-12€ and takes 6 days to arrive.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on three factors, the chosen payment method, the time of completion and the type of carrier chosen.

In case of choosing payment by transfer we have to verify that the transfer has reached our account, this can take up to 2 business days, the other forms of payment are immediate.

Orders are processed before 1:00 p.m. Spanish time, always on working days from Monday to Friday, so if you place an order after that time, the shipment will be processed the next day, this period must be added to the period shipping, which will be 1-2 days, or 2-3 days, depending on the chosen Spanish province or 5-7 days for Europe and the Balearic Islands.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday working days.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Do I have to pay anything for my return?

Returns are free whenever a size change is made, for national shipments. Otherwise, you must pay the return shipping: €4 + VAT in Spain and €10 + VAT in the EU

In the case of international and customs shipments, the corresponding shipping costs must be added.

How do I return an item?

Returns are always made through the same sales channel in which the product was purchased. If the sale is made through the online store, you must send an email to tienda@deportesucha.es, indicating your name, order number and items to be returned, or you can do so by connecting to the website with your username and password and specifying the return. in your order list.

You cannot send the order directly, we will indicate a shipping method.

What is the deadline for the return?

From the date of receipt of the order you have a period of 30 calendar days to request a return.

Payment Methods

The forms of payment accepted on our website are:

    Cash on delivery: it is a method of payment at destination, only available for Spain and with payment at the post office.
    Bank transfer or account deposit: the bank transfer or account deposit must indicate the order code that is sent in the confirmation email, in that email we indicate all the data to proceed with the purchase.
    Credit card: payment by credit card is the fastest, we have the POS contracted with ABANCA in which the credit card is sent in a totally secure way, we never save the credit card numbers.
